Check-in from 3:00 PM (4:00 PM at Yanbu), check-out until 12:00 PM at all branches. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival on most direct bookings. See the cancellation policy page for full details and exceptions.

Yes, all displayed room rates include daily Saudi breakfast in the restaurant or as specified for your room type.
Yes, subject to room type and availability. Notify reception when booking or at least 24 hours before arrival.
Private parking is available at all branches. Airport transfers are available as a premium add-on when booking.
